In a near future where a racist government controls Britain, a mixed race man, Lloyd faces a terrible choice. Too light of skin to join the resistance groups with his sister, themselves turned racist due to their own mistreatment, and she too dark to be accepted into the newly 'purified' society, Lloyd must choose whether to renounce his ethnic heritage to become a class 3-C citizen, a lesser, yet alive member of society, or be true to himself and his background and face going on the run, with acceptance from no one, too white to be black, too black to be white.
